BBS organizes and operates the shipment of personal effects of Filipinos living in Germany to
their immediate family, relatives or friends of the family or friends in the Philippines. BBS also
undertakes the freight and handling of taxable goods to the Philippines.
BBS is duly authorized by the above customer/sender for the shipment of his goods to the
designated consignee as specified in attached Packing List.
The attached Packing List is part of this agreement.
The general terms and conditions of BBS printed overleaf are part of this agreement. By signing
this agreement, the customer/sender recognizes the General Terms and Conditions of BBS.
Agreements that are made in writing, verbal agreements are invalid.
This agreement shall take effect upon signing hereof, and shall end its existence upon fulfillment
of the delivery of the customer/sender’s goods to the specified consignee.
