Schulfilmfestival BRITFILMS 2016
Liebe Lehrerinnen und Lehrer,
Ende Januar veranstalten wir erneut in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Filmkunsttheater-Verband Gilde/AG-Kino
das englischsprachige Schulfilmfestival BRITFILMS. Die Filme „touren“ durch die ganze Republik und machen in der Zeit ab 21.01.2016 bis Ende Februar Station in Rottenburg.
Der Eintrittspreis beträgt 3 Euro/Schüler. Begleitpersonen haben freien Eintritt. Abspieldatum und Beginn
der einzelnen Filme wird abgesprochen – wir wollen eine Vermischung von Schulklassen unterschiedlicher
Schulen vermeiden.

registering. After Dr. Martin Luther King’s acceptance of the Nobel Prize in Oslo, he decides
to travel to Selma, Alabama in order to demonstrate against this heinous discrimination. Alabama is a dangerous, racist terrain and soon there are casualties among supporters of the civil
rights movement.
