Medical service
The Malteser Hilfsdienst of the city of Kalkar will take care of the medical
service during the event. In case of emergency the medical service will
be effected by the hospital of Kalkar or the on-duty medical unit. Health
insurance coverage is mandatory for all participants and spectators.
Language
The event will be held in German and English language. Translators (German, English, Dutch and French) will be at the information desk.
Currency
The official currency shall be the EURO (€)
Time
The Central European Time (CET) applies to Germany.

The current competition rules of the ETU/ITU prevail.
Competition clothes
All participants of the European championship have to start in their national dress.
Time measurement and results
The time will be measured by a transponder system. Each athlete has an
individual transponder. The list of results will be hung out in the expo hall
after the end of race. Objection according to the competition rules of the
ETU/ITU.
Accreditation
Distribution of accreditation at the information desk in the expo hall
HanseHalle Kalkar.
Catering
Catering for all athletes in the finishing area: beverages, fruit and cakes.
Catering running course
Catering will be also served on the running course. The catering stand is
located at the end of running course near to the HanseHalle Kalkar.
