Retailers, brand names, and consumers continue
to expand their requirements for general
traceability in the textile industry.
小売業者、各ブランド、および消費者は、織物産

Since 2008, the traceability of down and feather
materials used in textile products has become a
very important issue for both the bedding and
outerwear industries. Initially, down traceability
was a unique European requirement. Now more
and more global companies require traceability
for all markets.
2008 年以来、織物製品に使用されるダウンとフェザ
ー原材料のトレーサビリティは、寝具やアウター産業
の双方にとって非常に重要な課題となっている。

IDFL has been involved in issues of down and
feather origin and traceability for many years. In
2008, IDFL developed standard criteria for
traceability audits of down and feathers. Most of
the traceability standards today contain these
same criteria.

トレーサビリティの問題に携わってきました。2008
年には、IDFL はダウンとフェザーのトレーサビリテ

traceability audits.
Visited more than 1,000 sites (farms,
slaughterhouses, agents, down
processors).
Performed audits according to most
industry standards and developed clientspecific audit programs for many global
retailers and brand names.

We then match those needs with existing
traceability standards or help clients develop
custom traceability programs.

EDFA Traceability
• The European Down and Feather Association
(EDFA) requires its members to follow a codex
regarding ethical down sourcing. Members must
complete an audit of their supply chain every two
years.

• 欧州のダウン・フェザー協会（EDFA）は、メンバ
ーが倫理的なダウン調達に関するコーデックスに
従う様、義務つけています。メンバーは、２年毎
にサプライチェーン監査を行う必要があります。

• ダウンパスは、欧州を基礎としたトレーサビリテ
ィと品質規格基準です。
DOWNPASS
• DOWNPASS is a European-based traceability and
quality standard.
• Official European regulations for animal welfare
are used to evaluate the supply chain.
• DOWNPASS also monitors filling material and
finished product quality for all of the global
standards including Japan, China, Australia,
Canada, USA, Europe, Korea, Taiwan and others.
• 動物保護のための欧州の公式規則が、サプライチ
ェーンの評価基準に使用されています。
• ダウンパスは、日本、中国、オーストラリア、カ
ナダ、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、韓国、台湾等を含
む世界標準すべての充填フィル原料と製品の品質
も監視しています。
• このダウンパス標準は、各ブランドや小売業者が
原材料の調達のための倫理基準をカスタムビルド
出来る様に多くのオプションをモジュール化して
います。ダウンパスラベルは、上着とスリーピン
グバック並びにバルクダウンの原料に使用する事
が出来ます。
• This DOWNPASS standard is modular allowing
brand names and retailers many options to
custom-build ethical standards for sourcing of raw
materials. The DOWNPASS label can be used on
outerwear and sleeping bags as well as bulk down
materials.

The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) was
developed by The North Face and gifted to the
outdoor industry.
RDS is managed by Textile Exchange (TE),
based in Lubbock, Texas.
The final version of RDS will be available in 2015.

合成フィル検査
Synthetic Fill Testing
IDFL has tested bulk synthetic fillings and synthetic
filled products for many years.
We offer a whole series of test programs and
packages for finished products and bulk fill material.
Blended poly/down material is also increasing in both
outerwear and bedding. IDFL has testing thousands
of blended polyester/down material.

IDFでは、合成フィルのバルクや、合成材料のフィル
を使用した製品の検査を長年行ってきました。
合成フィルを使用した製品や合成フィルのバルク原料
を検査する様々なパッケージをご用意しております。
ポリ/ダウンのブレンド原料の、アウターウェアや寝
具両方での使用が増加しています。 IDFL では、何千
ものポリエステル/ダウンのブレンド原材料の検査を
行ってきました。
