Preparation:
10% formalin fixation for 48 hours, dehydration, and paraffin embedded.
Form:
Slice thickness : 8 μｍ
Note : There are variations in organ mounted on the glass between slides
due to serial cut.
Experimental Example :
<Procedure : deparaffinization - staining - dehydration/embedded>
Slide is taken out of the freezer and incubated at 37℃ for 5 min.
100% Xylene for 2 min. (1 st)
100% Xylene for 2 min. (2 nd)
100% Xylene for 2 min. (3 rd)
95％ ethanol for 1 min.
75％ ethanol for 30 sec.
dH2O for 30 sec.
↓
Staining
↓
dH2O for 30 sec.
95％ ethanol for 30 sec.
100％ ethanol for 30 sec.
100% Xylene for 3 min.

●製法
48 時間 10％中性緩衝ホルマリン浸漬して組織固定したのち、段階的に
脱水処理し、パラフィン包埋した組織。
●形状
パラフィン切片　厚さ　8 μ m
注）切片は連続的に取得したものであるため、臓器の露出部分の大きさが
スライド毎に異なります。
●使用方法
＜脱パラフィンからの通常染色および脱水包埋操作の一例＞　1．スライドをフリーザーから取り出し、37℃で 5 分間保温する。
2．100％キシレン浸漬（1 回目）　2 分
3．100％キシレン浸漬（2 回目）　2 分
4．100％キシレン浸漬（3 回目）　2 分
5．95％エタノール浸漬　1 分
6．75％エタノール浸漬　30 秒
7．純水　浸漬　30 秒

8．各種染色実施
↓
9．純水　洗浄　30 秒
10．95％エタノール脱水　30 秒
11．100％エタノール脱水　30 秒
12．100％キシレン脱水　3 分
