1. 料金は、信頼情報ソースに対しては課されないが、信頼情報ソースが代わって報告した報告義務者に
対して課されるものとする。
2. 本料金表に記載されている料金には、譲渡所得税、消費税、源泉徴収所得税その他の適用され得る
法令に基づき第三者によって課せられる負担を一切含まないものとする。
支払い先：三菱東京 UFJ 銀行・虎ノ門支店弊社口座まで。通貨は JPY。
