The Japan Update Conference 2015 will be presented on Wednesday, February 25th, at the Hyatt Regency in downtown
Indianapolis. The annual event is designed to highlight Indiana-Japan economic partnerships and provide an update on key
issues in contemporary Japan. The 2015 program will feature perspectives on the globalization – and the localization - of
Japanese manufacturing and business, including changing trends, opportunities, and challenges. Now in its fourth year, the
Japan Update Conference has become a signature event in the Midwest, providing a business, economic and international
relations outlook for the year with discussion of developments for Japan and Indiana, as well as key issues for the Japan-U.S.
relationship in Asia. The conference draws business, community, government, and economic development leaders from
throughout the state and region.

The Japan-America Society of Indiana presents the 2015 annual Japan Update Conference in partnership with the Sasakawa
Peace Foundation and the National Association of Japan-America Societies (NAJAS). Representatives of the national network
of Japan-America Societies will attend in conjunction with the regional NAJAS meeting hosted by the Japan-America Society of
Indiana with the support of Barnes & Thornburg.

催されます。この年次イベントは、現在の日本の重要課題に焦点を当てると共に、インディアナと日本の経済連携の情報をお知らせ
することを目的としています。本年のプログラムは、日本の製造業やビジネスにおける世界の動向や機会、課題などを含んだグロー
バリゼーションまたローカライゼーションに焦点を当てております。今年は４年目を迎え、米国中西部では、日本とインディアナの
発展、また日米やアジアとの関係における重要課題を議論する上で、ビジネスや経済、国際関係の展望に関する情報を提供するとて
も期待されているイベントとなっております。このカンファレンスは、インディアナ州や中西部全土からビジネスやコミュニティ、
政府、経済開発グループのリーダーの方々が注目しており、多数ご参加されます。
