should は、「～すべき」の他に「～するはずだ」の意味でよく使われます。例：He should arrive here soon. （彼はもうすぐここに着くはずです）
It should be fine. （たぶん大丈夫なはずだよ）この should を存在を表す There is(are) ～につけたのが"There should be ～”で、「～があるはずだ」
という意味になります。また“should” は後ろに動詞の原形をとるため、“is/are” が “be”になっています。これを使用したフレーズには、 “There sould
be no problem.” 「問題ないはずだよ。」 “There should be no surprise that S V.” 「S が V することに、驚きはない。」という意味になります。
