オープンサイエンス促進の国際的潮流を受け、アジアでようやく議論が活発化しはじめたデータシェアリング。国立研究開発法人科学
技術振興機構（以下、JST）はこのたび、データに関わるプロフェッショナルと研究者向けに、データシェアリングシンポジウムを開催
します。本シンポジウムはJSTとリサーチデータ・アライアンス（以下、RDA）共催による、アジア地域初となる「第7回RDA総会」に
先立って開催されます。参加者とデータシェアリングの可能性と取り組みについての議論を深めます。

欧州委員会（EC）と米国国立科学財団（NSF）、オーストラリア国立データサービス（ANDS）を通じたオーストラリア政府の支援により、

Data sharing is just becoming vibrant discussion in Japan and other Asian nations, following international stream of Open Science. Japan
Science and Technology Agency (JST) is pleased to announce that we will host data sharing symposium for researchers and professionals
who are involved in data. This event precedes Research Data Alliance（RDA）Seventh Plenary Meeting from March 1st to 3rd to be the first
time held in Asian region, co-organized by RDA and JST. We expect that it will provide a great opportunity for every participant to deepen
discussions on data sharing initiatives and their possibilities.
