第６０回大阪府内女子中学生英語暗誦大会について（ご案内）
拝啓小暑の候皆様におかれましては、ますますご清祥のこととお喜び申し上げます。平素は本学の教育
活動に深いご理解を賜り、心から感謝申し上げます。皆様のご協力により、本大会も記念すべき 60 回を数
えることとなりました。
第 60 回大会も大阪府内の女子中学生を対象に下記のとおり開催いたします。模範的な英文に親しみ、暗
誦することは、英語学習の入門期には最も有効な方法のひとつであると考えております。
つきましては、日頃から英語に関心を持ち、熱心に学習している生徒の皆さまのご参加を心よりお待ちい
たしております。ご指導の先生方よりご参加をお薦めいただきますようお願い申し上げます。
なお、大会の構成は、下記のとおり２部制にしておりますので、ご理解・ご協力賜りますようお願い申し
上げます。
当大会入賞者の方につきましては、
本校ホームページ上で公開させていただきますので、
ご了承ください。

内容・課題
［午前：スキットの部］同封の指定課題 (編集不可)
［午後：暗誦の部］自由（３分以内）
 スキットの部では、小道具は主催者にて準備します。
（詳細は申し込み後にお知らせします）
 但し、暗誦の部の原稿は自作は不可。なお、原稿は編集していただいても結構です。
 受け付け確定後、暗誦原稿をご提出頂きます。提出時期等は追ってご連絡申し上げま
す。
＊午前の部のみ・午後の部のみの参加も、午前・午後通しての参加も可能です。
参加資格
大阪府内中学校の女子生徒で、学校長より推薦された方。

審査員：プール学院中学校・高等学校教員、プール学院大学教員他
［スキットの部］
発音・グループの協力関係、せりふタイミングで３０点満点とします。
［暗誦の部］
英語力（発音、イントネーション等）及び態度（姿勢・暗記等）で１００点満点
とします。時間は３分以内とし、それを超えると減点となります。
＊マイクは使用いたしませんので、ご指導時にご配慮ください。

③駐車場の施設がございませんので、お車でのご来校はご遠慮ください。
④会場内での携帯電話のご使用、ビデオ撮影、写真撮影はご遠慮ください。

(Shota and Erika are sitting at a table in the cafe. They are both high school students.)
Shota: Well, here we are in Kyoto. The sun is shining, and I feel so relaxed.
Erika: Yes, Kyoto is so beautiful.
Shota: And it’s such a beautiful day.
Erika: The trees look lovely in the sunshine.
Shota: And it’s so nice, sitting here with you. No homework to do …
Erika: No parents to scold us …
Shota: No boring teachers to talk to … We haven’t had time to relax.
Erika: We’ve been busy.
Shota: Since we started dating six months ago, I’ve wanted to visit Kyoto with you.
Erika: I couldn’t wait for the day!
Shota: Me, too.
(Shota holds Erika’s hands on the table.)
(Ayano comes to their table.)
Ayano: Excuse me. There’s no seat available. May I sit here?
Shota: Er… oh… yes.
(Ayano sits down.)
Ayano: Thank you. Just a minute… it’s Shota!
Shota: My goodness! Ayano!
Ayano: Shota! How nice to see you again! It’s been so long since we …
Shota: Er… Ayano, this is my girlfriend, Erika.
Ayano: Oh, your girlfriend. Nice to meet you.
Erika: So you know Ayano, do you?
Ayano: Oh yes, Shota and I are old friends, aren’t we, Shota?
Erika: You’re old friends, are you?
Ayano: Oh yes, I’ve known Shota since we were in junior high.
Erika: You’ve known him longer than I, haven’t you?
Ayano: Yes, of course! I’ll never forget wonderful days we spent together!
( They stop talking and look at one other.)
Shota: Oh, a phone call from my mom!
(He takes out his cell phone and tries to go, but Erika stops him.)
Erika: Shota! … Tell me, Ayano, what exactly do you mean by “old friends”?
Ayano: Sorry, I can’t tell you in detail. I want to keep it a secret between the two of us!
(Shota looks uneasy and points out of the window.)
Shota: Oh, Ayano! There’s somebody out of the window. Do you know him?
Ayano: I don’t see anybody! Don’t make fun of me!
Erika: Tell me more about your days with him.
Ayano: Well, when he met me, he didn’t enjoy his school life.
Erika: Shota… you told me you loved your junior high school life.
Ayano: Ah, yes, that’s because he met me there.
Shota: Ayano!
Ayano: Well, excuse me. I need to go now.. I’m so glad to meet you, Erika! Goodbye, Shota!
(Ayano leaves.)
Shota: Oh, dear.
Erika: You told me I was the first girl in your life, and I believed you … and I’ve been so honest with
you.
(Erika sobs.)
Shota: (holds Erika’s shoulders) She was just a friend, Erika. Believe me.
Erika: I’ve told you everything.
Shota: Yes, Erika, I know. I was the first boy in your life.
(Daigo comes to the table.)
Shota: Oh… waiter. I’ll have another cup of coffee, please.
Daigo: Certainly. And anything else? …Oh, Erika!
Erika: Daigo!
Daigo: Erika, I’ve wanted to see you again!
Shota: Erika, have you met him before?
Erika: Well, Shota…
Daigo: Erika, it must be six months!
Erika: Seven, Daigo, seven!
Daigo: You’re as lovely as ever!
Shota: Let’s get out of here, Erika! We have so much to talk about!
Erika: Oh… er, yes. Excuse me, Daigo.
(Shota and Erika leaves.)
