All businesses, the associations and the schools of Clarence-Rockland and surroundings area. Places are limited! The participants from Clarence-Rockland will be given preferential. Date and time Date : The parade is on November 22rd, 2015 Time : The parade starts at 4:30 pm Route Floats positioning Each participant will receive an e-mail with their position number on THURSDAY NOVEMBER 19. You will need to visibly show your number on the windshield of your vehicle. On the day of the Parade, you will find that each number will have a designated place on Heritage Road. It is important to read your e-mails especially the week before the Parade. Rules It is important that ALL the participants respect ALL the following rules in order that the event proceeds safely: 1- Children’s under 10 years old ARE NOT authorized to walk on either side of the floats. They must stay on the float at ALL time. 2- The participants on the floats ARE NOT authorized to embark and disembark the floats after the parade has started. 3- One (1) vehicle and one (1) trailer per association / business are permitted. 4- NOBODY must be disguised as a Santa Clause. The real Santa Clause is at the end of the parade. 5- It is prohibited to throw objects (ex. candies) to the crowd directly from the floats. Objects must be given to the crowd by the participants who are walking on either side of the floats. Floats decorations Since the Parade is at nighttime, we suggest that you illuminate as much as possible your float. Prepare your floats to the image of your group! Registration The businesses and associations have until WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 18 to fill the registration form below. All registrations submitted after that date will be refused. Advance registration of your float is MANDATORY. We will not accept non-registered participants the day of the parade.
