The 7th Annual Hat
and Mitt Drive at
Seeley’s Bay Family
Chiropractic was a huge
success thanks to the
kindness of our patients
and friends. Students at
Sweet’s
Corners
Elementary School in
Lyndhurst and South
Crosby
Elementary
School in Elgin will be
able to enjoy the snow
because of all hats, mittens and gloves that were
generously donated.

Lansdowne held their
annual Santa Claus
Parade on a balmy
Sunday afternoon, on
November 30th. For a
small town, there was a
reasonable amount of
entries, with a good variety of creativity.
It was an afternoon,
daylight parade, so that
“We can have a smash
up after-party with Santa
and the community”,
said organizer Kim
George.
The parade route started on Jessie Street, proceeding in a block down
Garden St., Gilbert St.,
and uphill on County Rd.
3. Many parade watchers
waited on the top of the
hill, and had a great view
of the procession.
The
theme
was
“Country Roots and
Cowboy Boots” and
even Santa on his float
was sporting a broad
brimmed, black cowboy
hat. Children had a fun
time at the after-party,
where they made their
Christmas wish known to
Santa. There was “great
atmosphere”,
said
George.
The three parade
judges came up with
these final results:
