Taking the annual medical checkup is important in leading a successful academic year in best health condition. Please collect a morning urine sample at home on the day of the medical checkup. Medical checkup includes: ①Urine Test ②Measurements: height, weight, eyesight ③Blood Pressure Test ④Blood Test (M1/D1 only) ⑤Chest X-ray Examination. See below for more information. ⑥Health Check by Nurse ⑦Doctor's Consultation ⑧Counseling(upon request) *You are not obliged to take the X-ray examination. However, if you do not take the test, you will not be able to obtain your medical certificate from the automatic certificate machine. In this case, please come to the Health Service Center.
