東北大学大学院情報科学研究科[学部･大学院]研究生の出願について Application for Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University ［Faculty / Graduate school］Research student １．出願資格 Qualifications for application ［学部研究生］［Faculty research student ］ ① 大学を卒業した者 Those who have graduated from university. ② 短期大学又はこれと同等以上の学校を卒業した者で関係学科を履修した者 Those who have graduated from a junior college or its equivalent and who have completed a relevant course of study. ③ 本研究科において、上記②と同等以上の学力があると認めた者 Those who have been judged by this school as possessing academic achievement equivalent to the above. ［大学院研究生］［Graduate school research student］ ① 修士の学位を有する者 Those who hold a Master’s degree. ② 大学の医学、歯学又は獣医学を履修する課程を卒業した者 Those who have graduated from a medical , dental , or veterinary course at a university. ③ 本研究科において、上②と同等以上の学力があると認めた者 Those who have been judged by this school as possessing academic achievement equivalent to the above. ④ 外国人の場合は、上記①及び②のほか、原則として学校教育における１６年の課程を修了した後、２年以上の研究歴を有する者 In the case of foreign students, those who have completed a 16-year program of school education except for those above, and who have undertaken research for a minimum of two years, as a general rule. ２．願書受付 Application acceptance ① ４月に入学を希望する者は、２月末日までに提出すること。 Those who desire to enter in April should submit an application by the end of February. ② １０月に入学を希望する者は、８月末日までに提出すること。 Those who desire to enter in October should submit an application by the end of August. ＊ただし、外国に在住している場合は、日本への入国手続き等に時間がかかるので、入学月日の４ヶ月位までに提出すること。 If you are living abroad should submit an application at least 4 months before your entrance date because it may take a while to entry formalities for Japan. ３．出願書類 Application documents ① 研究生入学願書（本研究科所定の用紙）/ 縦5cm×横4 cmの写真添付 Application form for research student （prescribed format of this school）/ with photograph measuring 5cm high 4cmwide ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ 履歴書 curriculum vitae （prescribed format of this school）卒業(修了) 証明書 Graduation（completion of a course）certificate 成績証明書 Academic transcript 検定料 9, 8 0 0 円 Examination fee 9, 8 0 0 yen 承諾書及び確約書［所定様式、有職者のみ］ Letter of acceptance and pledge form［prescribed form, employees outside of academia］４．在学期間 Period of attendance 原則として１年以内とする。ただし、引き続き在学を願い出た場合には、在学期間の延長を許可することがある。 As a general rule, it should be less than one year.
