• After School Child Care Program - Beginning August 19th, from 3:00 PM
to 6:00 PM, on campus supervision for families in need of extended care for
their children will be offered. Limit of 15 students in one class.
Applications are now being accepted. If you need more information, please
contact the office. • 新アフタースクールプログラム:8月19日から始まります。午後3時∼6時
の 学童クラブ!(1クラス定員 15 名)申込書を事務所に提出してください。
• Friendship Friday T-Shirts - order forms are available from your teacher.
The cost this year is 1,500 yen. Sample sizes are on display outside the
cafeteria. • 小学部Tシャツ:各クラスで注文してください。今年の値段は¥1,500。カ
フェテリアの前にサイズの見本がある。

• Parking for events - Parents and visitors are asked to utilize the guest parking
behind the school when coming to a grade level or school event. • 来校の駐車場:父母はスクールイベントに来られる時、お客さんの駐車場をご
利用ください。(校舎の裏)
• Parent /Teacher Fellowship: Volunteers to serve as class parents are needed for
PTF! Please see Christine Burkard or any other committee member for ways in

• Dress Code - Please pay careful attention to the dress code for all grades included in your Parent Handbook.
Of particular note for elementary students: • 服装に関するきまり(ドレスコード)をハンドブックできちんとご確認ください。特に小学部に該当する点
は
• Shorts and skirts must be no shorter than 3 inches above the knee.
• ズボンやスカートは膝上3インチまで。
• Girls and boys must not have hairstyles that are considered "extreme." • 男女とも過度に派手な髪型は禁止です。
• All students must wear socks and tennis shoes or Crocks. • 必ず靴下と靴(クロックスも含む)を履かせてください。
• Girls with shoulder length (or longer) hair must keep it pulled up and back (ponytail, or braids). • 女子の肩より長い髪はポニーテールか三つ編みしてください。
• Girls are not allowed sleeveless tops with "spaghetti-straps." • 女子は紐の細いタンクトップは禁止です。
