KAZUHIDE DOI ARCHITECTS CLINIC MALL 2006 location : Hiroshima, japan structure : steel, RC, 3 stories principal use : medical complex site area : 889.84 sq m building area : 675.66 sq m total floor area : 1340.97 sq m 駅 前 に 建 つ 医 療 テ ナ ン ト ビ ル。敷 地 の 北 側 は 駅 前 広 場 に， 南側は古くからの商店街の突き当たりに，それぞれ面して い る。建 物 中 心 を 貫 く バ リ ア フ リ ー ア ベ ニ ュ ー に よ っ て， 高低差のある南北のファサードを最短距離でつなぐととも に，地 域 の 歩 行 者 交 通 を 建 物 内 部 に 引 き 込 ん で い る。EV， 階段，設備縦シャフトはこの半公共通路に面し，全てのテ ナントは直接地域に接続される。南北２つの外観を医療施 shopping street 設に相応しい端正な形態と素材で統一することで，異なる tion Sta 様相を持つ南北の街並みを調停している。 This medical tenant building is located in front of the station. The site faces station square on the north and the shopping street on the south. Barrier-free passage through the center of this building connects both side. This passage including an elevator, stairs and pipe shafts also connects each tenants and the town directly.
