●知的財産侵害物品 IPR Infringing Goods
いわゆる偽ブランド品など知的財産を侵害する物品は、関税
Japan Customs takes border enforcement of IPR
infringing goods.
The exportation and importation of the goods infringing
intellectual property rights (IPRs), such as fake
brand-name products, are prohibited by Customs Law.
Persons who attempted to do so may be punished. Japan
Customs can conﬁscate and destroy IPR infringing goods.
法により輸出入が禁止されており、税関で取締りを行っていま
す。これらの物品を輸出入しようとした場合、関税法により没
収、処罰されることがあります。

●ワシントン条約 Washington Convention
（CITES）
「絶滅のおそれのある野生動植物の種の国際取引に関する
条約」（ワシントン条約）に基づき、さまざまな動植物が輸
出入の規制対象となっており、条約で定められた機関が発行
する書類（輸出許可書、輸入承認証等）がなければ輸出入を
行うことができません。
規制対象には生きている動植物だけでなく、これらを用い
た加工品、製品も含みます。
日本への持ち込みが規制されているもの（代表例）

Fauna and Flora
5 — TOKYO CUSTOMS
CITES is an international agreement to ensure that
international trade does not threaten the survival of
any species. All import and export of wild animals and
plants covered by the convention have to be authorized
through a licensing system.
CITES not only regulates trade in live specimens but
also dead specimens including their manufactured
derivatives（e.g. ivory, fur, bone）.
