INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT
HANDLING TARIFF
OFFICIAL FORWARDER & HANDLING CONTRACTOR
All services provided by European International Fairs Ltd and our local partner, Ziegler Expo Logistics, will be invoiced in
accordance with this tariff. All charges are per exhibitor, per shipment and stated in Euros. Rates are based on work performed
during normal working hours, (weekdays, 08.00 to 20.00hrs), and are applicable to general crated/palletized cargo. No individual
piece to exceed 300kgs / 130 x 120 x 195cm (LWH). Volume-to-weight ratios apply.
NB. Please also note that forklifts and handling services will only be guaranteed to those who booked this service in advance, by no
later than Wednesday, 11 June 2014. Bookings received after this date, or arriving Antwerp port / Brussels BRU airport after this
date, will be subject to a 15% surcharge. To book, please compete in full and return a Shipping & Handling Order Form.

5. Empty Case Handling
Removal, storage and return of empty cases (including overtime)
Stackable cases (minimum 2cbm)
Cases un-suitable for stacking, pallets etc., and full cases (minimum 2cbm)

6. Overtime / Weekend Surcharge
Normal working hours are 08.00 – 16.00 hrs. Overtime / Weekend surcharge applies as follows to work undertaken or extending
outside of these hours:
Weekdays 06:00 – 08:00, 16:00-20:00 hrs
Weekdays 20:00 – 06:00

7. Other Charges
Charges for Seafreight Shipments upon request
Airport Terminal Handling Fee at cost + 15%
Seaport Terminal Handling Fee at cost + 15%
Port/airport storage costs at cost plus 15%
Harbour fees, Carrier import release fee, DO etc., at cost plus 15%
Duty/VAT Cost plus 15% outlay fee, minimum €25.00
Packing, wrapping, banding as per labour rate + cost of materials
8. Courier Shipment Handling (volume to weight ratio, 1 cbm:300 kgs)
Applicable to courier shipments of goods in free circulation, received via the warehouse. All-in service/charge including service fee.
Up to 50 kilos chargeable
