名桜大学内宿泊施設
(Meio University On-Campus Accommodation)
このオプションでは大学院生を最優先にしますが、非常勤の研究者など、経済
的な理由でこのオプションをご希望の参加者は、スペースに余裕があればご利
用いただける場合がございますので、9 月 19 日までに [email protected]
までメールにてお申し出ください。応募者多数の場合は抽選となりますので、
抽選にもれた場合の宿泊先を確保するためにも、同時に上記のホテルに部屋を
予約し、学内宿泊施設に宿泊できることが決定したらホテルをキャンセルする
方法をお勧めします。また、
※ １ユニットを基本的に４人で共有していただきます。ユニットにはトイレ・
浴室・洗面室、および自炊できる簡易キッチンとダイニングセットが備わって
います。
※ 一人 1 泊￥3,940 です（一室 4 名収容の場合）。（駐車スペース付き）
※ インターネットはありません。
This is an option especially for graduate students or independent scholars.
We give the most priority to the graduate students; however, if there is extra
space, we allow other participants to choose this option. In either case, we
strongly recommend to reserve a room at other hotels in case you cannot
secure the room in this facility. Please cancel your hotel reservation before its
cancellation deadline once you are confirmed to stay on-campus. The
participants who would like to stay in this facility, please email to
[email protected] and let us know your request by September 20.
※ Each unit has bath, shower, kitchenette, and dining space and can
accommodate up to 4 people. You may apply for the room with your friends to
be your roommates. If you request individually, we’ll assign your roommates.
There will be no restaurant on the facility, so you need to cook or buy your
own meal.
※
The fee is ¥3,940 JPN yen per guest per night when the unit
accommodates 4 guests.
※ The unit has no Internet access.
