However, each pharmaceutical company does not always obtain satisfactory results under the existing circumstances. Recently, many have more emphasized on TR and reconstructed the strategy of drug development including TR organizational changes. In this symposium, firstly have speakers from representative pharmaceuticals of Japan to share their current challenges and potential solutions of TR in drug discovery research and clinical development, and then have another lecturer presents their application and considerations of pharmacodynamics biomarkers in clinical development.
