2 名の新マネージングディレクターを発表
【2015 年 2 月 4 日：東京】世界的なビジネス・アドバイザリー・ファームであるアリック
スパートナーズは本日、アリックスパートナーズ・アジア・エルエルシー事業改善グループ
で新たに 2 名がマネージングディレクターに任命されたことを発表しました。
高松越百氏は三菱総合研究所、AT カーニー、ブーズ・アレン・ハミルトンで計 20 年以上
のコンサルティング経験を積んで参りました。様々な業種や業務分野にかかわってきました
が、特に車・車部品、消費材、小売において、その調達や SCM の最適化などのオペレーシ
ョン戦略の策定および実行を手がけました。また、サイエント社日本法人の創業メンバーと
して副社長を、ファーストリテイリングにおいてグループ執行役員を務めていました。東京
大学工学部卒業、マサチューセッツ工科大学スローン経営大学院修士。
Koichi Kawaguchi 川口幸一氏は、これまでアリックスパートナーズでシニアディレクター
を務めていました。プライベートエクイティ、コンサルティング、銀行業務、会計で 25 年
以上にわたる実務経験を有し、その間に 10 年以上を米国で勤務しました。グローバル自動
車チームの中核的人材であり、クロスボーダーの買収案件や買収後の統合およびデューデリ
ジェンスで優れた実績を積んできました。

今回、アリックスパートナーズ全体で 14 名の上級スタッフがマネージングディレクターに
昇進し、さらに社外から新たに 3 名がマネージングディレクターとして採用されました。
そのうち 2 名が東京オフィスで任命されました（グループ全体の新任マネージングディレ
クターについては Appendix をご参照ください）。

Shiv Shivaraman has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in engineering,
product development, operations, and large-scale transformation programs in the
automotive and process industries, most recently as a partner at A.T. Kearney. He brings a
wealth of global experience having served clients across North America, South America,
Europe, and Asia. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MSc in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
New York
Jeff Howe previously held Managing Director positions at Jefferies and Credit Suisse, where
he played a leading role in directing those firm’s efforts to deepen relationships with global
private equity firms and hedge funds. While at Credit Suisse, he founded the firm’s
Leverage Finance Origination Group, ultimately building a team of more than 50
professionals. He holds an MBA in finance from Columbia University and a BA in
Economics from Dartmouth University.
Tokyo
Cosmo Takamatsu joins from global clothing retailer Fast Retailing, where he was Group
Senior Vice President - Business Systems and IT. He previously held senior positions at

Booz & Company and at A.T. Kearney. He has long-standing experience advising clients in
the automotive and manufacturing industries and was a founding member of the Japan
office of Scient, the “eBusiness Innovator.” He holds a BEng from the University of Tokyo
and an MSc in Management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.

John Bonno, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, is a supply chain expert who is
well-recognized for his experience in executing complex assignments. He complements his
supply chain skills with expert knowledge of the grocery industry and expertise in the gaming
industry.

Tom Clarke, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, is a top client service leader on
the retail team and has proven his ability to manage large-scale retail operations projects.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Tom worked in industry as an executive at Victoria’s Secret and
Sears Holdings.
Deborah Rieger-Paganis, in AlixPartners’ Turnaround & Restructuring Services group, has
extensive experience in retail, financial, accounting, and operating roles, including significant
“C” suite leadership experience.

Thomas Studebaker, in AlixPartners’ Turnaround & Restructuring Services group, has
developed significant experience in the energy industry and is known for his versatility in
many areas, including interim management and advisory roles in liquidity management,
