★持ち物のすべてに「名前」を書いてください Make sure to have your kid's name on all belongings!
★申し込み後のキャンセルや返金はできかねます。
There is no cancellations or refunds after the application is completed.
★スペシャルプログラムの欠席には振替がありません。ご了承下さい。There are no make-up lessons for
absence during special programs.
★申し込み期限は12月13日(Sat）ですが定員に達した時点で締め切りになりますので申し込みは早めにお
願いいたします。電話受付もいたします。Deadline is December 13th. Please, understand that we will stop
accepting applications once when the seats are full.
★兄弟割引はありません。There is no sibling discount for special programs.
★給食の場合、1食330円です。必要な場合は申込書に○をお願いいたします。School Lunch 330yen
土曜日は給食がありません。お弁当を持参してください。There is no luncn catering service on Saturdays.
★土曜日の延長保育はありません。ご了承ください。Please, understand that we do not have extra hours on Saturdays.
★平日は3：00からの延長保育も可能です。（￥900/1時間）スナック・フルーツ代￥150
You can extend the hours after 3:00. *900yen/per hour Snack and Fruit 150yen
★遠足やパーティに振替をすることはできません。You cannot use the make up lessons for events such as
parties and field trips.
★スペシャルプログラムはSHWとAEは２号館、プリスクールとAKは本館で行う予定です。WWは小学生以上が2号館です。
その日の人数により合同レッスンになる場合があります。その場合はブログにてお知らせします。
Kinder and AE students will attend at the 2nd campus. Preschool and AK students will attend the main campus. WW studetns are depends on
their age. We will mix the class when we have less students.
