当社は、Mahindra Satyam（マヒンドラサティヤム）
（正式名：Satyam Computer Services Ltd.（サティヤム
コンピュータサービス） CEO：CP Gurnani（シーピーグルナニ）
）とパートナー契約を締結し、ASEAN 地域
において、今後急速な成長が見込めるヘルスケア市場の開拓を共同で行うことに合意しましたのでお知らせいた
します。
Mahindra Satyam は売上高 159 億ドル（約 1 兆 4,000 億円）を誇るインド 10 大財閥の一つ Mahindra グルー
プの一部門です。この合意により、当社の連結子会社である合同会社医知悟が、日本国内で展開している遠隔読
影の為のインフラ提供のサービスならびに当社医療システム事業部が本事業年度より日本国内で販売を開始した
医療情報クラウドサービス「NOBORI」を、ASEAN 地域においてクラウドサービスとして Mahindra Satyam と共
同で提供します。
Mahindra Satyam は、自社の持つシンガポールならびにマレーシアのデータセンターを活用し、当該クラウド
サービス用設備として提供するとともに、ASEAN 地域の顧客に対してこれらのサービスを販売します。
また、両社は今後セールスやマーケティングの人材への投資と、当社が開発したソフトウェア・ハードウェア
を拡張開発する為の投資も共同で行っていきます。
今回の提携を通して、両社は ASEAN 地域において以下の事を行っていきます。



最先端の医療ソリューションを公立・私立の病院、画像診断センターに販売します。
医療コストの削減と、医療サービスの改善に貢献します。
成長分野、成長地域において、最先端のクラウドやモバイル技術を展開する事により、両社の収益向
上を目指します。
本パートナー契約の締結について、Mahindra Satyam のバイスプレジデント兼ビジネス長 Ram Ramachandran
（ラムラマチャンドラン）氏は以下のようにコメントしています。

この提携の第一歩として、Mahindra Satyam は医知悟の遠隔読影用のサーバ（iCOMSERVER）をシンガポールの
データセンターに設置するとともに、販売・サポートを開始します。更に 2013 年中に、両社で医療クラウド
サービス「NOBORI」の展開を開始します。
また、当社の代表取締役社長由利孝は「遠隔医療、ヘルスケア、クラウド分野における Mahindra Satyam の技

Mahindra Satyam and TechMatrix announce ASEAN Partnership
Both the companies come together to offer Cloud based Healthcare solutions
Singapore & Tokyo – January 15, 2013– Mahindra Satyam, a leading global
consulting and IT services provider, today announced that it has signed a partnership
agreement with TechMatrix Corporation, Japan. The partnership covering ASEAN
region will jointly address strategic growth areas in the healthcare market and provide
cloud-based healthcare solutions.
TechMatrix subsidiary, ICHIGO LLC, will provide its Teleradiology network
infrastructure product line and NOBORI, its Cloud service for Medical and Healthcare
information. Mahindra Satyam in-turn will host the cloud and mobile-based services
in Singapore and Malaysia while providing direct sales and IT services to clients
throughout ASEAN region.
As part of this partnership, Mahindra Satyam and TechMatrix will come together to
invest in Sales & Marketing resources as-well-as Software & Hardware enhancement
in this unique technology. This unique setup has a combination of Cloud based
central servers and a proprietary set-top-box like appliance, which makes following
capabilities / functionalities available.

Maximum, multi-level security for Teleradiology

Exceptionally fast performance

Vendor-neutral medical image storage, management and retrieval
Commenting on this development Ram Ramachandran, Vice President and
Business Head, ASEAN, Mahindra Satyam, said “The Ichigo Teleradiology
network is ranked #1 in Japan and TechMatrix has been providing innovative
healthcare solutions since 1998. Together we hold the vision that our combined
experience and expertise can bring transformational solutions to healthcare within
ASEAN.”
As a first step in this partnership, Mahindra Satyam has installed “Ichigo
Teleradiology iComServer” in its Singapore data center and launched activities to
support initial installations. As a second step in 2013, Mahindra Satyam and
TechMatrix will jointly launch the NOBORI Cloud healthcare services, including
Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS), a vendor-neutral solution for
medical image storage, management and retrieval.
