John Harris is a Principal with DGA Partners, a Philadelphia -based healthcare
management consulting firm.
John is a frequent speaker on health reform and population health management
for several organizations, including the American Association of Integrated
Health Delivery Systems, The Governance Institute, and the Healthcare
Financial Management Association.
John has also co-authored many articles on innovative payment models in the
Journal Healthcare Financial Management including “T he Transition to Emerging
Revenue Models” and “3 Steps to Analyze Your Organization's ACO
Opportunity”.
He spends much of his time facilitating strategic discussions or analyzing
financial arrangements between physicians, hospitals, and health plans seeking
to improve quality and cost-effectiveness.
In addition to consulting, John’s 25 years of health care experience includes
senior management roles including post-acute care, health policy work, and the
successful launch of a national health information storage and access company.
John has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Health Care
Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
