This specified health checkup is aimed at promoting citizens’ health by detecting lifestyle-related diseases early,
and by advising a change of lifestyle. Such diseases caused by metabolic syndrome may develop without you
being aware of them. Those aged forty or over are eligible for the checkup.
For more information, please contact your health insurance provider.
●The Shimin Bu’s Hoken Nenkin Shitsu has sent consultation cards to those who are eligible for this checkup
and covered by the National Health Insurance of Kameyama City.
●Those who are not covered by health insurance are also eligible for
the checkup, if aged forty or over.
Please contact the Kenko Fukushi Bu’s Kenko Suishin Shitsu for more
information.
●How to receive checkups:
①If you intend to receive a checkup at a medical institution, please apply
directly to that medical institution.
② If you intend to receive it during a group checkup, please apply to the
Kenko Fukushi Bu’s Kenko Suishin Shitsu.
※You need to pay part of the checkup costs in either case.
※Please contact the Kenko Fukushi Bu’s Kenko Suishin Shitsu for details such as
the schedule for group checkups (comprehensive cancer screenings and medical
checkups at community centers).

during the period August to November. We recommend you to receive the group checkup at your nearest venue.
You need to apply to receive a group checkup at the Kenko Fukushi Bu’s Kenko Suishin Shitsu.

※You can also receive the specified health checkup mentioned above during a group checkup.
