特徴
1.製品を焼成台車に積載します。
2.焼成台車が炉から積載/降し場の間を行ったり来た
りするところから「シャトル（SHUTTLE）キルン」と
呼ばれています。
3.燃焼方式としてアンダアッパ、コーナジェット、イン
デックスがあります。
4.生産量の変動に柔軟に対応できます。
5.炉本体、台車の構成材にセラミックファイバを使用
することにより、熱容量が少なくなり、迅速な焼成工
程になります。同時に省エネルギにもなります。

1.Products are loaded onto the kiln car.
2.The Kiln car are moved from loading/unloading position to
firing chamber back and forth. "SHUTTLE" is derived from
this movement.
3.As firing system, under & above load charge, corner jet, and
index firing are available.
4.This kiln has flexibility in changes on productivity.
5.Less thermal heat capacity as well as fast firing thanks to the
ceramic fiber used for kiln body and insulating materials of
kiln car. This also helps to save energy consumption.
