IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!
Participants to the Fucino 2015 event are kindly invited to organize their accommodation during the
workshop at Pescina. To this end, this document provides a list of recommended hotels, bed and
breakfast and apartments, located in Pescina and surrounding villages.
The full participation to the workshop (conference and field trips) requires the accommodation for 4
nights (check-in: Sunday 19 April; check-out: 23 April).
Moreover, participants that need also an accommodation in Roma before and after the conference
are kindly advised to select the recommended hotel, since it will be the departure point of the
conference bus to Pescina on April 19 and the arrival point of the post-congress field trip on April
24.

Rates are referred to the cost per night of the room.
Free transportation hotel-venue and viceversa will be offered to all the participants that have
reserved a recommended hotel not located in Pescina.
We strongly encourage you to inform us as soon as possible about the structure you have selected

Participants who need an accommodation in Roma before and after the workshop are kindly invited
to contact directly and make arrangements with hotel in Roma, possibly at the Best Western Blue
Hotel, that will be the meeting point of the pre-congress field trip and the bus transfer to Pescina
and the arrival point of the post-congress field trip.
This hotel is located approx. 700 meters from the Tiburtina railway and underground station and
therefore it can be easily reached from the Fiumicino airport and from the historical center of Roma.
