L’impregnatrice FLOW line è esclusivamente indicata per
l’applicazione di impregnanti all’acqua trasparenti e colorati su cornici, aste, perlinati, battiscopa, profili lineari in
genere.
The priming machine type FLOW line, has been designed exclusively for the application of water-borne primers, clear or
pigmented, beams, wall-lining profiles, poles and all kinds of
linear mouldings.
LA MACCHINA È COMPOSTA DA:
1) Sistema di trasporto.
2) Camera di verniciatura (fig.A).
3) Vasca di raccolta del prodotto in polipropilene (fig.D).
4) Torre di filrazione a secco in lamiera zincata.
5) Camera di distribuzione e appassimento prodotto (fig.C).
6) Sistema di controllo (fig.E).
THE MACHINE IS CONSISTING OF:
1) Conveyor.
2) Coating chamber (drw. A).
3) Primer collecting tray, made in polypropylene plastic (drw. D).
4) Filtration tower with dry filters, made of galvanized steel
sheet.
5) Primer distribution and flash-off chamber (drw. C).
6) Control panel (drw. E).
La machine à imprégner mod. FLOW line a été conçue spécifiquement pour l’application de produits impégnants, transparents ou
pigmentés, et particulièrement sur des supportes bois de la menuiserie tels que profils de fenêtres, dormants des portes, lambris,
plinthes et tous profiles linéaires en général.
LA MACHINE EST COMPOSÉE PAR:
1) Système de transport.
2) Chambre de vernissage (fig.A).
3) Cuve de récolte produit en polypropylène (fig.D).
4) Tour de filtration à sec en tôle galvanisée.
5) Chambre de distribution et débullage produit (fig.C).
6) Tableau de contrôle (fig.E).
