Firmino Savio, esperto
artigiano intagliatore. La
prima collezione Savio
Firmino era caratterizzata
da lampadari in legno,
candelieri
e torcere intagliate
e dorate a mano.
Negli anni’50 la Savio
Firmino ottenne
l’attenzione del mercato
internazionale, soprattutto
quello di Stati Uniti
d’America, Sud Africa e
Regno Unito, grazie alla
sua collezione di esclusive
specchiere intagliate e
decorate con foglie d’oro,
cristalli, ottoni e pietre
semi-preziose.
La Seconda
Generazione
La Collezione
Ambiente Notte
e il 1696
Firmino Savio lascia
prematuramente l’azienda
ai figli. Guido inizia, a
soli 20 anni, l’attività del
padre, dopo gli studi
presso l’Istituto d’Arte di
Firenze, occupandosi della
direzione artistica della
Savio Firmino. Presto suo
fratello Amedeo si unisce a
lui per proseguire insieme
l’attività della Bottega
paterna seguendo
la parte logistica
e commerciale.
Savio Firmino ha ampliato
la gamma dei suoi prodotti
introducendo la Collezione
Ambiente Notte dedicata
alle camere da letto.
Negli anni ’80, da un
ispirato disegno di Guido
Savio, prese forma il letto
1696, con elegante intaglio
nastro e fiori.
Il 1696 è diventato
l’emblema della Savio
Firmino ed è tutt’oggi, a
livello internazionale, il suo
prodotto Best seller.
Apertura
nuova sede
Negli anni ’90 fu
inaugurata la nuova sede
Savio Firmino nel polo
industriale di Scandicci
(Firenze), che ospita i più
importanti marchi della
moda e del design italiano.
L’azienda è riconosciuta
e apprezzata a livello
internazionale per il suo
inconfondibile Stile
Savio Firmino.

Firmino Savio prematurely
leaves the company to
his sons. Guido joins his
father’s business at the age
of 20, after his studies at the

Guido leads the artistic
management of Savio
Firmino. His elder brother
Amedeo joins him soon after

“Bottega”, and is responsible

Savio Firmino expanded

The “1696 bed” took shape
in the 80s, from one of

In the 90s Savio Firmino
opens a new branch in the
industrial hub of Scandicci

The Collection Notte Fatata
dedicated to children has
been designed by Guido
Savio to celebrate the
birth of his first niece. An
exclusive collection which
includes cots, cradles, kid’s

beds and desks and perfectly
expresses the Savio Firmino
Style for children as well.
Bath Collection
Savio Firmino presents its
first Bath Collection, with
distinctive classical shapes
and precious materials,
adapted to present-day
times. The furniture, such as
the upholsteries completing
the Savio Firmino Bath
Collection, is designed for
daily well-being, while
maintaining the warm

LO STILE SAVIO FIRMINO
Savio Firmino in oltre 70 anni, mantenendo immutata nel tempo la
sua anima artigianale, si è trasformata da Bottega del centro storico di
Firenze in Azienda conosciuta in tutto il mondo. L’azienda fondata nel
1941 a Firenze da Firmino Savio comincia la sua attività nello stesso
anno in cui nasce il secondo figlio Guido.
Guido Savio, nato e cresciuto nella Bottega di Firmino Savio, ha appreso,
sin da piccolo grazie all’esempio e all’appassionato lavoro del padre, i
segreti delle lavorazioni artigianali e sviluppato un grande amore per
l’arte ed il disegno, per la cultura ed il bello. Negli anni di studio, di
sperimentazione e di intenso lavoro alla guida creativa della Savio
Firmino, Guido ha creato uno stile riconoscibile in ogni disegno ed in
ogni prodotto realizzato dall’azienda.
Lo Stile Savio Firmino è frutto del sapere artigiano, dell’alta qualità
delle lavorazioni manuali ma, anche della sensibilità artistica coltivata

THE SAVIO FIRMINO STYLE
Over a period of 70 years, Savio Firmino turned from a “Bottega”
set in the centre of Florence, into a world renowned company, while
maintaining unchanged its artisanal soul. The company was set up by
Firmino Savio in Florence, in 1941. Firmino Savio starts his business in
the year in which his second son Guido is born.
Guido Savio was born and raised in Firmino Savio’s “Bottega”, and thanks
to his father’s passionate work he learned the secrets of craftsmanship
as a child, developing a great love for drawing, art, culture and beauty.
Through his studies, his research and the intense work guiding the
creativity division for Savio Firmino, Guido has created a distinctive style
in every drawing and product produced by his company.
