EXHIBITORS’ CHECK-IN
Exhibitors must check in at the Exhibitor Help Desk, located in the registration area, soon after the
Auditorium Parco della Musica check-point.
Upon arrival they must present the following documents:
For all companies:
• Identification documents: e.g. passport, driver license
• Public Liability Insurance against any and all risks including damage caused to third parties.
• Form with personnel name list (to be downloaded by the exhibitors’ web portal: http://eao.ega.it)
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring all documents of ordered items/services, freight forwarding
documentation, shipping documentation, etc.
For companies renting “space only”:
• Approved booth sketches and scaled plans
• Risk assessment (including fire hazards)
• Method statement (declaration that the booth design is safe for its purpose and set-up
according to safety regulations)
Even if the Organisers will take good notice of the above documents, they will not bear any responsibility in
the case of booths non-conformity with the general regulation of the exhibition and the venue.
After documents verification, they will be given:
• wristbands to be distributed to the staff/team and last-minute instructions
A confirmation will be sent by e-mail before the Congress starts.
