The Optima Aluminium Capsule Filler Machine

Made entirely from aluminium, the machine is washable and suitable
for all pharmaceutical purposes.

• No screws or setting hinges.
• Possibility of preparing differenr sizes using the adaptor kit.

Farmalabor Tech offers the following accessories in its catalogue to make optimum use
of Optima Aluminium machine:
1. Capsule Orienter Set (available in all sizes from “000” to “5”).
2. Adaptor kit (available in all sizes from “000” to “5”).
3. Graduated cylinder suitable for calculating scipient volume to be used in capsules praparation of all size (000 ÷ 5) for a number of capsules 50, 60, 100 and 200.
4. Hopper (adjustable frame to avoid loss of materials and to prepare
smaller numbers of capsules).
5. Stainless steel tray (to collect capsules ready for packaging).
6. Aluminium 50 Pin Tamper (available for all capsules’ sizes from “000” to “5”).
