2nd IAAASS Innovative Approaches for Identification of Antiviral Agents Summer School September 28th – October 3rd 2014, Pula (CA), Sardinia, Italy The Innovative Approaches for Identification of Antiviral Agents Summer School (IAAASS) aims to provide an informal and interactive environment to review the application of HTS techniques to identification of novel and clinically-significant antiviral drugs. The Summer School is targeted to researchers at an early stage in their career, combining examples of drug discovery from internationally-recognized experts in the field. Participants will attend a series of plenary lectures from leading scientists in the fields of virology, biochemistry, molecular modeling and medicinal chemistry, with experience in high throughput screening and development of antiviral agents. Afternoon sessions, comprising thematic discussion groups, will be followed by poster and oral presentations from participants. Participants will be admitted to the Summer School after evaluation of their curriculum vitae.
