Eduard van Gelderen is a member of the Executive Board of Directors as Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
of APG Groep N.V. since September 1st 2014. Eduard van Gelderen is also the Statutory Director and
Chief Investment Officer for Capital Markets Investments of APG Asset Management. Previous he held
positions as deputy-CIO at ING Investment Management and Head of Investments at Lombard Odier
Darier Hentsch. During the first eight years of his career he held different investment banking positions in
Amsterdam and London.
Next to his job at APG, Eduard van Gelderen chairs (investment) committees of several Dutch
institutions.
Eduard van Gelderen studied quantitative finance at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Asset
Liability Management at the University of Maastricht. He also is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and
Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
