EcoTraining CC Indemnity I, the undersigned, hereby indemnify EcoTraining C.C. and any employees, agents or assigns of EcoTraining C.C. against any death, injury or illness sustained or suffered by myself, or any theft, loss or damage to any property in my possession occurring during any training course conducted by EcoTraining C.C. or any employees, agents or assigns of EcoTraining C.C. , howsoever caused and whether allegedly due to negligence of EcoTraining C.C. or any employees, agents or assigns of EcoTraining C.C. I further acknowledge that the EcoTraining Camp is unfenced and is situated in an area where potentially dangerous animals roam freely. I, the undersigned, hereby indemnify EcoTraining C.C. and any employees, agents or assigns of EcoTraining C.C. against any death, injury or loss sustained or suffered by myself, whether on foot or in vehicles, as a result of the behaviour of these wild animals. I further acknowledge that the EcoTraining is situated in a malaria-endemic area and that I have been advised to take anti malaria precautions. I acknowledge that any medical expenses incurred will be for my own account. I further acknowledge that should I partake in any use of illegal drugs, I will be requested to leave the course immediately, with no provision for refund of course fee. In addition, should I consume alcohol, I undertake to do so in a responsible and regulated manner and should I, as determined by the Course Instructors, cause any disturbance or disruption to other students or staff as a result of over consumption of alcohol, I can be asked to leave the course immediately, with no provision for refund of course fees. I further undertake to at all times obey any reasonable order, command, demand, or request that may be made to me in the interests of my own personal safety or the safety of others in whose company I may be, at any stage during the course by any employee, agent or assign of EcoTraining C.C. Deze voorwaarden liggen bij SGR en SCR ter inzage, zijn gedeponeerd ter Griffie van de rechtbank te Rotterdam, alsmede bij de Kamer van Koophandel te Rotterdam, worden op verzoek aan SGR en SCR onverwijld kosteloos toegezonden en zijn te vinden op sgr.nl en calamiteitenfonds.nl
