become an all-round specialist, with an outstanding record.
Colijn is well known as a reliable partner, that meets its obligations and commitments, as wel as for the duration as for the
adequacy of executed projects.
Assignments are executed, partly based on “design & construct” for several clients, such as Rijkswaterstaat, Prorail,
Provinces, Provincial Authorities, various municipalities, engineering companies and industry.
Civil Construction
The activities of Colijn, when it comes to civil concrete
construction, include a wide range of works, such as flyovers, bridges, tunnels, quay walls, shiplocks, culverts
and the repair and renovation of existing concrete work.
Our knowledge of different types of concrete, such as
reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, light concrete
and underwater concrete guarantees the durability of executed works.
The execution of specific railinfra related concrete works
is one of our most recent specialties.
Activities in the field of industrial constructions, buildingpits, underground parking garages and foundations for
industrial plants and high-tension electrical lines.
Colijn also undertakes inspections on concrete constructions and advises how to execute maintenance on small
and major renovations of concrete structures. Also the
execution of expansion joints at fly-overs, as well as the
installing or replacing of bridge barings can be arranged.
