ECOCON launches factory for the production of nano-modified cellular concrete - NANOCRETE
Ras Al Khaimah, UAE - ECOCON begins production of aerated non-autoclave aerated concrete (Nanocrete). It is an innovative
product that has properties significantly superior to all competotors in the market of lightweight concretes (foam concrete,
autoclave blocks). Benefits of ECOCON Nanocrete ensure its successful use in green building in the construction of houses,
insulated solid walls, partitions, floor slabs, roof and floor screeds. The company has developed a new material – Nanocrete – to
implement its branded ECOCON Construction System. Ecocon Construction System uses a combination of lost-shuttering made
of ECOCON nano-modified concrete and ECOCON dry mix, which is used to fill the interior and exterior walls. Among the latest
developments of ECOCON are unique decorative cornices and hardscape for decorating facades.
Registered in Dubai, UAE ECOCON Industries LLC will conduct a presentation and the launch of its factory in June 2014 in the
Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates. The factory can be safely attributed to the most innovative and
environmentally friendly manufacturing projects open recently in the Middle East. In just 10 months it was built from scratch
and prepared for the production and equipped with modern automatic plant equipment. During the same time, the company
has developed and mastered a new line of building materials based on patented
technology of production and application of ECOCON aerated nano-modified
cellular concrete dry mix.
Ras Al Khaimah factory is to produce up to 6 000 MT of ECOCON brand dry mix

and up to 4 500 m of ECOCON blocks and panels monthly. Which allows
achieving a yearly production capacity of more than 200 000 square housing
meters, consisting of a full range of materials for the construction of structural
elements and finishes, including floor, roof, dry mix and a universal adhesive,
which can be ideally used for tiling. Due to high demand for ECOCON products
plans are currently in place to double production capacity of the factory.
ECOCON factory is a fully automated production facility, which is not hazardous
to human health or the environment and its waste is fully recycled.
The factory located in Al Gail Industrial Area in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. It is the
fourth one built by ECOCON Group of companies and was erected using the
state-of-the-art technologies and engineering developments. In the nearest
future ECOCON factories will start operating in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Ukraine,
Azerbaijan and Indonesia. ECOCON Nanocrete won an award for the most innovative and eco-friendly product in the concrete
category concrete at the biggest construction exhibition in The Middle East, the Big 5 which was held in Dubai World Trade
Centre in November 25-28, 2013
