Branie Foundation Not your final station Foundation Branie stands for human connection supported by brave decisions. This journey requires perseverance from both the employer and the employee. The Branie reward is more than just feeling good about yourself. It is also social awareness, which is made tangible by motivation and excellent results. Which of you is motivated to participate? Foundation “Branie” creates opportunities for unemployed people aged 40 years and older. Pre participants who made the first Branie steps possible: Once you have reached the age of 40, it is not easy to find a job that suits you best. Finding a job is even more complicated if you aren’t entitled to social benefits and re-scholing. To support this group of people I created the “Branie” Foundation. This foundation supports those who are invisible to many, a group of people aged 40 years and older, who would like to re-integrate into the employment field. Motivated people that would like to work again, but currently lack the right education to do so. Foundation “Branie” lends a helping hand and ensures that they attain a proper education. Recruitment Consultant at Amoria Bond For this goal to be reached, proper funding is necessary and this is partly obtained from government subsidies but Foundation “Branie” also appealswith emphasis- to the business community. Employers can invest in the Branie scheme, thereby enlarging the possibilities of this group whilst also giving meaning to their own social obligations. However, participating employers get even more benefits, as they also get a first look at the files when seeking an employer, thereby optimally matching personal aspirations with specific business needs. Branie=brave Each year, participating employers compete and can be nominated for the yearly Branie Award which will be handed out for the first time in the year 2016 to the company which not only excels at, but has also proved its awareness of Social Innovation.
