Verkoopsvoorwaarden
Bestellingen kunnen doorgegeven worden ter plaatse in de winkel, telefonisch of per mail: [email protected]
Voor grote bestellingen ontvangen wij uw order graag minstens 48 uur op voorhand.
De levertermijn zal afhangen van de grootte en aard van de bestelling.
Huwelijks- of andere speciale feesttaarten worden ten minste 3 weken op voorhand besteld.
Bij het plaatsen van een grote of speciale bestelling (buiten het gewone assortiment) wordt een voorschot van
30% gevraagd bij de bestelling. De volledige betaling dient te gebeuren voor de aflevering van de bestelling.
Elke bestelling dient contant betaald te worden bij de afhaling.
Ingeval van levering dient de bestelling volledig op voorhand betaald te worden.
De klant dient te controleren of de goederen bij levering conform zijn aan de bestelling.
Nadien kunnen wij geen klachten meer aanvaarden.
Annulaties of wijzigingen van de bestelling dienen ten minste 24 u op voorhand te gebeuren; naargelang de
grootte en/of aard van de bestelling. Een annulatie per mail waarop u geen bevestiging van onzentwege heeft
ontvangen wordt niet beschouwd als annulatie.
Goederen die onze zaak hebben verlaten worden nooit en onder geen enkele voorwaarde omgeruild of teruggenomen.
Del Rey kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden indien een bestelling niet kan doorgaan wegens overmacht.
Terms of Sale
Orders can be placed directly in the store, by telephone or by e-mail at [email protected]
In the event of large orders, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
The delivery date will depend on the size and nature of the order.
Wedding cakes or other special celebration cakes must be ordered at least 3 weeks in advance.
When placing a large or special order (that is not part of our usual selection), we require a preliminary deposit
of 30% at the time of ordering. Full payment must be made before delivery of the order.
Each order must be paid for in cash when collected. If delivered, the complete order must be fully paid for
in advance.
On delivery, customers must check that the goods are exactly as ordered. We will not accept any complaints
once the goods have been accepted.
Cancellations or changes to the order must be made at least 24 hours in advance, depending on the size and/
or nature of the order. If you cancel by e-mail, but do not receive a confirmation of the cancellation from us,
then you must consider the order as not being cancelled.
Goods which have left our store can never, under any circumstances, be exchanged or returned.
Del Rey cannot be held responsible for any orders that have not been fulfilled due to force majeure.
