Innovation Support Unit of IISGM (ISU) is defined as a channeling structure of innovative ideas and proposals of the hospital. The ISU accompanies and advices on different stages of innovation process or transfer, with the objective that these ideas can be developed into products or services that add value to the healthcare system and society. The ISU trains and reports on transfer processes para brings culture of innovation and entrepreneurship at the hospital. The ISU consists of 5 managers and manages about 100 innovation projects. VACANCY DETAILS: Job Title: Technical Technology Transfer Number of posts: 1 Full job description          Evaluation and improvement of health innovation projects. Provide support to management in developing strategic plans for Promotion, Dissemination and Training Innovation, to promote a Culture of Innovation in IISGM. Monitoring and coordination of projects Technology Transfer Search for potential customers Prospecting business opportunities Development of projects’ feasibility plans Generation of alliances Attendance at trade fairs and technology transfer REQUIREMENTS: - Knowledge of Systems Science , Technology and Innovation regional, national and European especially in health - Professional experience in management and marketing innovation , preferably in research center in the field of health and biomedicine - High knowledge of English, both oral and written. - Feats of communication and negotiation - Teamwork capacity - Good personal references are valued - Knowledge of other languages of the European Union , computer , etc. are valued. Specific training and experience in developing business plans, finding public and private funding, marketing and intellectual property is an asset.
