Registration for this meeting is now open. Please send an email to [email protected] if you would like to
receive a registration form. Soon this form will also be available at www.nve.nl. It is also possible to
attend the meeting without submitting an abstract.
Participation fee
€80, -
day programme (including booklet, lunch, drinks, diner and social program)
€110, -
day programme including hotel accommodation based on a double room with
breakfast. If known, you can indicate the name of a preferred roommate on the
registration form.
To confirm your registration you are strongly encouraged to process your participation fee as soon as
possible.
Deadline for registration and payment is October, 17, 2014!
Abstract submission
Submission of research abstracts and case reports is now open. We welcome a broad range in
endocrine-related topics including clinical and fundamental (animal) research. Please register before
submitting your abstract to [email protected]. The official language of the meeting, including oral
presentations, is English. Abstracts are limited to a maximum of 250 words excluding authors and
affiliation. A total of 24 abstracts will be selected for an oral presentation. Authors of the selected
abstract will be notified with further instructions before October 1st, 2014.
Deadline for abstract submission is September 14, 2014!
JNVE Young Investigator Award
We are happy to announce that the best oral presentation will be awarded with the JNVE Young Investigator
Award of €250.
