If you arrive at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, the train trip to Leiden would take only 20 minutes. Please check the train journey planner for the times and platform information. Make sure the destination is ‘Leiden Centraal’. You can buy your train ticket online or at a ticket machine. From the Leiden Centraal train station it is just a 10 minute walk to the museum. Leave the station at the “centrum”-side. Walk straight on to the Beestenmarkt. Turn left. Walk along the water (Oude Singel), just after you passed Museum De Lakenhal you cross the water. Follow the street (Lange Lijsbethsteeg). At the end you follow the curve to the left, continue following this street. On your left you will find Museum Boerhaave. Click here for the map.
