Geesinknorba IT Manager Emmeloord ORGANISATIE Geesinknorba, met hoofdvestiging in Emmeloord, richt zich op de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van huisvuilwagens en afvalpersen. Geesinknorba is hiermee één van de grootste aanbieders in Europa met in totaal ca. 400 medewerkers. De organisatie heeft het hoofdkantoor en de productiefaciliteit in Emmeloord. Daarnaast zijn er service- en verkoopkantoren door heel Europa en werkt Geesinknorba intensief samen met internationale klanten wat resulteert in maatwerkoplossingen. De IT Manager geeft leiding aan drie medewerkers (Technical Manager, Technical Analyst en Support Specialist) en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de diverse disciplines binnen Geesinknorba. De IT Manager rapporteert aan de CFO. 2. PROFIEL 3. FUNCTIE EISEN EN COMPETENTIES U heeft een HBO of academische opleiding Bedrijfskundige Informatica of vergelijkbaar U heeft minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in een internationale (productie) omgeving U bent gewend project- en procesmatig te werken en communiceert uitstekend op diverse niveaus U heeft kennis van diverse IT infrastructuren en ERP pakketten, waaronder bij voorkeur SAP Communicatief Hands on Team player Besluitvaardigheid Analytisch Coördinerend en organiserend vermogen Kan zich vastbijten in specifieke IT-problematieken, kan deze helder op papier zetten en toelichten in workshops en overleggen 4. Organization scope: Geesinknorba IT provides services to several business areas with approximately 20 locations (factories, sales- and service organizations and service centers) in 8 countries and with 400 employees; The IT Manager interacts at Geesinknorba corporate level with all Geesink Norba business areas and locations. This makes it an European / International role. The IT Manager interacts with vendors for IT services and prepares and maintains contracts with them. The IT manager has 3 direct reports + externals (contractors and consultants).
