In July, we request you to write your term paper for
several question.
• Please submit your paper via Course N@vi.
It is a kind of exercise to use the Course N@vi.
• Subject: Advanced Information Networks
• In case you cannot see the subject after you log-in
to the Course N@vi, please contact the office of our
school.

• 注意： CourseN@viは締切に厳格である
• ２０１１年６月２４日（本日）～７月７日（木）１７時
締切に少しだけ遅れても送信できるが「期限外」
の提出として扱われてしまう
• 期限内に提出できない特別な事情のある人は、
担当教員（後藤滋樹）にメールで相談をすること
研究室を直接訪問しても不在である場合が多い
• 担当教員のメールアドレスは事務所で尋ねれば
分かる

Deadline (important)
• NOTE： CourseN@vi observes the deadline.
• You can submit your paper from June 24 (today)
to July 7 (Thu). It is possible to submit it slightly
after the deadline. However, your paper is
classified as “missed deadline papers”.
• If you have any special reason for submitting your
paper after the deadline, please contact the
professor via E-mail.
• The E-mail address of the professor is available at
the office of our school.

問題１
• 問題１: 第１回の授業において昔の米国
のARPAnetAUPの説明をした。早稲田大学
が接続しているSINETにもAUPに相当する
規則がある。（参考１）
現代においてもAUPに相当する規則が設
けられているのは、どのような理由による
ものか、その理由を述べよ。またAUPに違
反する例を、できるだけ具体的に述べよ。

Question 1
• In our first class on May 6, AUP in old
ARPAnet is explained. Even at present,
we have an AUP in SINET (reference 1).
Describe the reason why the modern AUP
is still applied. Then, write a specific
example which violates the AUP.
