this sheet to keep track of your reading minutes
and activities. When you have read 500 minutes
and completed an activity for each of the STREAM
letters, you have completed Summer Learning! Bring
your log to the library between August 1 and 31 and
claim your Finisher’s Prize! One Summer Learning
Activity Book and Finisher’s Prize per child,
while supplies last.
