世界ボウリング連盟（World 世界ボウリング連盟（World Bowling） Bowling）新規程の適用について新規程の適用について世界ボウリング連盟（World Bowling）は、ボールのドリルについての新規程を 6 月 1 日付で発効させました。ご連絡が遅くなり、本大会にも適用され、次のように施行されますので、ご了解ください。【解説】親指を使用せず（ノーサム）投球する場合ノーサム投球者で、サムホールとバランスホールが両方開いている場合、サムホールを使用していないとそのサムホールはバランスホールとみなされるため、バランスホールが２つ開いていることとなり違反となる。規定違反１つのボールをノーサムで投球する場合と、サムホールを使用して投球する場合、ノーサム用の検量とサムホール使用の検量（いずれもﾄｯﾌﾟ 3 オンス以内・ﾌｨﾝｶﾞｰ 1 ｵﾝｽ以内・ｻｲﾄﾞ 1 ｵﾝｽ以内）の２回検量しなくてはならない。どちらの検量で規定を超えた場合でも、違反ボールとなる。この場合、バランスホールが開いていてはならない。 1 回目ﾄｯﾌﾟ 3 オンス以内・ﾌｨﾝｶﾞｰ 2 回目ﾄｯﾌﾟ 3 オンス以内・ﾌｨﾝｶﾞｰ 1 ｵﾝｽ以内・ｻｲﾄﾞ 1 ｵﾝｽ以内 1 ｵﾝｽ以内・ｻｲﾄﾞ 1 ｵﾝｽ以内【罰則】（本大会のローカルルール）国内選抜大会において判明した場合、既に投球を完了したシフトの記録はすべて無効となりそれ以降のシフトでそのボールを使用することはできない。本大会出場者ミーティング後のボール検量において判明した場合は本大会の出場権を失う。 World Bowling new rules 11.12 Maybe as you are aware, World Bowling implemented new rule 11.12 as of June 1. Please note that it is applied to this tournament as follows: When you used a ball which has both a thumb hole and a balance hole but didn’t use the thumb hole, the thumb hole should be construed as another balance hole. So the throwing is illegal. Illegal If you use a ball not using a thumb hole for your first shot and using it for your spare shot, the ball will be measured the balance twice: first for the no-thumb throwing and second for the thumb-in throwing. The ball is illegal if the balance is out of the limitation in either way. And there should not be a balance hole. Legal (both the two measurements should be cleared) First Within 3oz of top balance, and Second within 1oz of finger and side balance Within 3oz of top balance, and within 1oz of finger and side balance 【Penalty】（Local rule of this tournament） During preliminary round: Scores bowled already will be forfeited and the ball will be removed from the tournament. During Ball Check after preliminary round for the qualifiers: Disqualify for Main Tournament.
