を用いてimmunoprecipitationし、2次試薬
としてRabbit IgG TrueBlot(左)または一般
のHRP標識抗ウサギIgG抗体(右)を用いて検
出した。
Goat TrueBlot: Jurkat細胞のStat1をヤギ抗
ヒトStat1抗体でimmunoprecipitationし、2
次試薬としてGoat IgG TrueBlot(左)または
一般のHRP標識抗ヤギIgG抗体(右)を用い
て検出した。
