Japan Commerce Association OF WASHINGTON, DC 1819 L Street N.W., B2 Washington, D.C. 20036 2015 年 5 月吉日会員各位殿スポーツ担当理事スポーツ委員第 6 回商工会ソフトボール大会ご案内第 6 回商工会ソフトボール大会を下記の要領にて開催致しますので、ご案内申し上げます。商工会会員以外の方も参加可能です。皆様方のご参加お待ちしております。１．日時： 2015 年 6 月 21 日（日）集合 8：20AM 開会式 8：40AM 試合開始 9：00AM 終了予定 3：00PM ２．場所： Morris Park (Morris Field Adult Softball / Walker Field Adult Softball) 421 Summit Hall Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 ３．募集要領: 募集はチーム単位とし、先着 6 チームとします。なお、個人で参加を希望される方は事務局にご連絡下さい。事務局にて既存チームに参加するよう調整します。また、WAIVER Form に署名して頂く事が参加条件になります。添付の書面に事前に署名の上、開催日当日にご持参願います。 (当日、各チームで参加者分の Waiver Form を集めて、商工会事務局にご提出下さい。) 18 歳未満の場合、保護者の署名が必要です。署名が無い場合は参加できなくなりますのでご注意願います。４．試合方式： 6 チームを 2 組に分け、各組で総当り戦を実施して 1～3 位を決定します。その後、両組の 1 位同士・2 位同士・3 位同士が対決し、1～6 位を決定します。その他ルールは添付 Ambassador’s Cup Rules を適用します。５．チーム：６．表彰：７．雨天：８．締切：９．申込先： 1 チームは 10 名以上とし、男性７人以上／女性 3 人以上で構成します。 12 歳以下は女性としてカウントします。なお、各チームからソフトボールもしくは野球経験がある方 3 名を審判（主審、 1 塁審判、3 塁審判）として選出して頂きます。優勝チームには優勝トロフィー（持ち回り）を商工会で用意致します。雨天により試合が出来ない場合、当日早朝にチーム代表者へ中止のご連絡を致します。チーム代表者からそれぞれのチームメンバーへご連絡下さい。当日のお問合せ先は、お申込み後にチーム代表者へ別途ご連絡致します。参加ご希望のチームは、代表者の方が添付の申込書（参加者全員分の名前が記入できるよう必要枚数をコピーをした上で、お使い下さい）に必要事項をご記入の上、5 月 31 日（日）中迄に E メールにて下記９．記載の申込先まで送信願います。先着 6 チームで締め切らせて頂きますのでご了承下さい。中島健次郎 E mail 携帯 Ken Nakajima [email protected] 202-344-9191 申込書を受領後、登録確認メールをお送りいたします。添付の申込書の下に必ず登録確認を返送申し上げる宛先の E メールアドレスをご記入下さい。申し込んだにも関わらず、確認が締め切りまでに返送されない場合には、申込担当者まで電話または E メールにてお問い合わせ下さい。 JAPAN COMMERCE ASSOCIATION OF WASHINGTON, DC 1819 L Street N.W., B2 Washington, D.C. 20036 May 2015 Dear JCAW members: 6th JCAW Softball Competition Japan Commerce Association of Washington, DC will be holding the 5th JCAW Softball Competition as follows. 1. Date and Time: Sunday, June , 2015 Meeting Time: 8:20 AM Opening Ceremony: 8:40 AM Game Start: 9:00 AM Game End (approx.): 3:00 PM 2. Place: Morris Park (Morris Field Adult Softball / Walker Field Adult Softball) 421 Summit Hall Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 3. How to enroll: We will invite you as a team. First 6 teams registering will be entered into the draw. If you would like to participate as an individual, please contact the secretariat. Secretariat will coordinate to see if you can join certain teams. Submission of the attached WAIVER Form is required to participate in the Softball activities. 4. Game: After playing matches in a round-robin system, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams from the both groups will compete to decide their rank from 1st to 6th. We apply “Ambassador’s Cup Rules” to this competition as for other rules. 5. Team: A team needs over 10 players with no fewer than 3 women. Any Children under the age of 12 is counted as women. We request each team to provide 3 umpires (chief umpire, 1st base umpire, and 3rd base umpire) with an experience in either softball or baseball. 6. Prize: The winning team will be awarded a trophy. *Trophy is not a giveaway prize. The trophy will remain in the possession of the winning team for one (1) year and returned at the next JCAW Softball Tournament. 7. Weather: The competition will be cancelled in case of heavy rain, and we will call the team representative in the morning. Then the team representative will call the team members. 8.
