J3/J5/JOC, G-PMESII analysts, etc.) into multi and actionable intelligence, by gathering, analysing, fusing and correlating data and information disseminates its products to the planning and execution staffs and customers at lower tactical levels contributes throughout the process by leading the development of the Comprehensive Preparation of the Operational Environment providing the Commander and his staff with a firm information and analysis basis The function of a JASIC should be represented in every operation in order to ensure the mission related production and dissemination of an all source intelligence, even if a complete staffing could not be achieved. NATO Joint ISR Trial Unified Vision 14 demonstrated current and future technologies, tactics, processes and organizational representation successfully. Under the Framework Nations Concept a letter has been delivered to the Secretary General during the last NATO Summit in Wales indicating that 10 European Nations intend to take over responsibility for developing a Joint ISR capability to fill the gap. Germany will act as Framework Nation. The Inspector General of the Bundeswehr endorsed a document containing the planned development of a “JISR Cluster” according to this Framework Nation function. First steps (development of conceptual documents) have been started. BAAINBw L5.4 Joint ISR Capabilities Stand: 05/2015 Folie 10
