La MACCHINA
La pressa piegatrice sincronizzata è attualmente
la macchina indispensabile per chi deve eseguire
lavorazioni per deformazione sulla lamiera, poiché unisce l’affidabilità della piegatrice tradizionale a barra di torsione alla versatilità e rapidità
di programmazione che la rendono adatta anche
alla produzione di piccole serie senza l’aggravio
di lunghi tempi morti per la preparazione.
Per la nostra Azienda la serie «PRAECISA» è sicuramente la punta di diamante della produzione
ed ha permesso una maggiore penetrazione sul
mercato italiano ed estero.

la machine indispensable pour ceux qui doivent exécuter des travaux par déformation sur
la tôle, puisqu’elle unit la fiabilité de la plieuse
traditionnelle à barre de torsion à la versatilité
et rapidité de programmation qui la rendent
adéquate également à la production de petites
séries sans la charge de longs temps morts pour
la préparation. Pour notre Entreprise la série

Die synchronisierte Biegepresse ist derzeit
eine unabgängliche Maschine für diejenigen, die
Deformierungsarbeiten auf Blechen ausführen
müssen, da sie die Genauigkeit der traditionellen Verdrehungsstangen-Biegemaschine mit der
Vielseitigkeit und der Schnelligkeit der Programmierung verbindet, die diese Maschine auch für
kleine Serienproduktionen geeignet macht, ohne
dabei lange Stillstandszeiten zur Vorbereitung in
Kauf nehmen zu müssen. Für unser Unternehmen ist die Serie «PRAECISA» mit Sicherheit der
Höhepunkt unserer Produktion, die uns auch
einen größeren Zugang auf den italienischen und

a settori, tavola con larghezza ridotta (90 mm
per quasi tutti i modelli) per avere un ingombro
molto limitato.
La struttura
Sicuramente fra le macchine più robuste sul
mercato, la serie «PRAECISA» consente impieghi nelle condizioni più gravose senza subire
deformazione.
La struttura monolitica è composta da lamiere di
alta qualità, tagliate con ossitaglio, saldate elettricamente e lavorate su alesatrici a montante mobile di grandi dimensioni.

Die HINTERE EINSTELLUNG
Auf jeder Maschine mit mindestens 2 Achsen
(X-R) und höchstens 6 Achsen (X1-X5-Z1-Z2R1-R2), wird die Einstellung in all ihren Bewegungen vom CNC gesteuert.

La CAMBRURE
A partir de 3 mètres toutes les plieuses de la
série «PS-C» sont équipées de cambrure oléodynamique de la table inférieure avec le système
à SANDWICH. La fonction est gérée automatiquement par le CNC.

la programmazione
L’adozione sulla serie «PRAECISA» di un CNC
con grafica incorporata ha reso le operazioni di
piegatura molto più rapide e semplici evitando la
necessità di esecuzione di un pezzo di campione.
La grafica permette di disegnare a video il profilo
da eseguire ed il CNC calcola automaticamente
lo sviluppo della lamiera, la sequenza di piega,
la forza di piegatura necessaria, la presenza di
eventuali collisioni, il posizionamento degli assi
del registro posteriore.
COMANDI e PROTEZIONI
Tutte le piegatrici della serie «PRAECISA» sono
certificate secondo la normativa europea e
fornite complete di MARCHIO CE (garantisce
l’utilizzatore contro eventuali danni creati da
difetti di fabbricazione).

with EC MARKING (it safeguards users against
any damage caused by manufacturing faults).
PROGRAMMING
The adoption of a graphicsincorporated CNC on
the «PRAECISA» series makes bending operations very much faster and easier without having to produce samples. Graphics enables videodrawing of profiles to be produced and the CNC
automatically calculates blanking, the bending
sequence, the necessary bending power, eventual
impact and positioning of rear adjuster axes.

avec graphique incorporée a rendu les opérations de pliage beaucoup plus rapides et simples

gegen eventuelle Schäden absichert, die aus Herstellungsdefekten entstehen) geliefert.
Die PROGRAMMIERUNG
Die Anwendung eines CNC mit eingegliederter
Graphik in der Serie «PRAECISA», hat die Biegungsarbeiten schneller und einfacher gestaltet,
indem die Ausführung eines Musterstückes nicht
mehr notwendig ist. Die Graphik ermöglicht
es, auf dem Video das auszuführende Profil aufzuzeichen und der CNC berechnet automatisch
die Entwicklung des Bleches, die Biegefolge, die
notwendige Biegekraft, die Möglichkeit eventueller Kollisionen, die Positionierung der Achsen
der hinteren Einstellung.
