for a double dresspack
Aluminum welding requires more welding current, usually
more than 250 A on the primary side. Therefore bigger cables
and larger power connectors are needed. With conventional
solution, the robot dress-out would become extremely rigid.
Thanks to RobiFix-TwinLock, you can carry up to 320 A (thermal
steady current) and still keep the flexibility of your dresspack,
even with single conductors up to 50 mm².
Le soudage de l’aluminium exige davantage de courant: en
règle générale plus de 250 A du côté primaire, ce qui implique
des sections de câbles et des connecteurs plus volumineux. Le
faisceau du robot deviendrait trop rigide avec des solutions traditionnelles. Grâce à RobiFix-TwinLock, il est possible de transmettre jusqu’à 320 A (courant permanent). Le faisceau reste
flexible, même avec des conducteurs unipolaires de 50 mm².

Exemple: RobiFix utilisé pour l'alimentation puissance soudure
du système MPS de la société Stäubli. Il rend possible l'installation et surtout la standardisation d'un faisceau unique depuis
la base du robot (axe 1) jusqu'à la pince à souder (axe 6), ce qui
s'avère très économique.
Avantage: avec ou sans changeur d'outils, la configuration
de ce faisceau reste la même au niveau des câbles de puissance. Tout comme le connecteur de circuit primaire situé
sur le transformateur, cette prise de puissance qui équipe les
changeurs d'outils MPS possède une interface à l'empreinte du
RobiFix. Cette nouvelle solution permet à l'utilisateur final de
limiter considérablement le nombre de faisceaux pour robots
soudeurs.
Le connecteur Docking (pour cycles d'embrochages élévés)
MGK4-180-RFA peut être fixé directement sur le changeur
d'outils ou tourné de 60 ° grâce à un adaptateur qui permet une
meilleure hygiène du faisceau.

With RobiFix, you can standardize and install very economically, the primary circuit connection from the robot base (J1) to
the welding gun (J6).
Benefits: the power cables inside the robot dresspack always
end in the same connector, with or without the tool-changer.
Similar to the primary circuit connector on the spot welding
transformer, the power connector consists of a RobiFix plugconnection on the tool-changer. The new standard makes it
possible for end-users to reduce extra amounts of dresspacks
and energy supplies for the robot to a minimum.
The docking plug connector MGK4-180-RFA has the advantage
of being able to be assembled straight onto the tool-changer or
at 60 degree angle, allowing optimal cable management.

The current capacity of a connection is limited by the thermal
capacity of its contact, connecting and insulating materials.
The derating diagram shows the continuous current (not intermittent) that flows through all the contact elements of a connector at one time, whereby the max. temperature limit is not
exceeded.

(relationship between switch-on and pause time).
Example: With 50 mm² cables, RobiFix can transmit a continuous thermal current up to a maximum of 180 A, representing a
duty cycle of 100 %. With a switch-on duration of 60 % and a
pause time of 40 %, the connector can transmit 212 A.

électriques Rtotal (Rcrimp1 + Rcrimp2 + Rcontact). Plus la résistance totale est basse plus les pertes de charge Pv d'un connecteur sont
faibles. Des pertes de charge faibles sont la preuve d'un connecteur à rendement élevé et respectueux de l'environnement.
